The challenge was organizing all of it into one system people could actually navigate and engage with.

Building RISE

I worked on:

  • naming the newsletter

  • visual direction

  • editorial layout

  • content hierarchy

  • structure design

  • print coordination

The newsletter covered:

  • team structure

  • training programs

  • initiative breakdowns

  • improvement metrics

  • extra learning initiatives

  • digital content series

  • training video libraries

  • upcoming launches and series

From Quarterly To Monthly

The original 30-page quarterly newsletter was later repurposed into a monthly company-wide format for regular updates across SUD Life.

The challenge then shifted from:
deep editorial storytelling to quick, high-clarity communication.

So the structure evolved accordingly.
